TOP 10 제품의 시장 점유율 합은 38.0%이며, 이 중 1~4위(후시딘 5.7%, 마데카솔 5.7%, 노스카나 4.8%, 비판텐 4.0%)의 합이 20.2%를 차지해 상위권 집중이 존재하나 소수 제품의 독점 구조는 아닌 것으로 파악됐다. 이 가운데 멜라토닝과 리쥬비넥스, 도미나가 각각 5위와 8위, 10위를 차지하며 미백/재생/색소가 피부 시장의 성장 축으로 부상하는 모습을 보였다. BRP인사이트에 따르면 파마리서치의 '리쥬비넥스'는 전년 대비 판매액이 257.4% 성장하며 피부 시장의 주요 제품 순위에서 20계단이나 상승하며 8위를 차지했다. 기타외상치료제 계열로 좁혀서 살펴보면 리쥬비넥스는 동아제약의 '노스카나'에 이어 2위에 올랐다. 노스카나는 2024년에 이어 2025년에도 1위를 차지했으나 판매액 비중이 2024년 51.5%에서 2025년 40.0%로 -11.5%p 급락했다. 이에 반해 리쥬비넥스는 판매액 비중이 2024년 7.7%에서 2025년 23.2%로 15.5%p 급증하며 노스카나와의 격차를 크게 좁히며 고성장 플레이어의 모습을 보였다. 기타피부과용약물 계열에서는 동국제약의 '판시딜'이 판매액 비중 32.5%를 차지하며 1위에 올랐고 그 뒤를 대웅제약 '모바렌(8.1%)'과 한올바이오파마 '판그로(6.7%)', 보령 '트라시노(5.7%)', 현대약품 '마이녹실-에스(5.4%)'가 따랐다. 1~5위권 모두 전년 대비 판매액 비중은 성장하였으나, 전체 판매액은 -34.1%로 감소해 카테고리 전체가 축소되는 흐름을 보였다. 미녹시딜 계열에서는 한국존슨앤드존슨의 '로게인'이 판매액 비중 48.3%를 차지하며 1위에 올랐다. 동성제약의 '동성미녹시딜'이 판매액 비중 16.1%로 2위에 올랐으나 전년 대비 판매액 비중이 -7.7%p 하락해 성분 내에서 가장 큰 점유율 이탈이 발생한 것으로 파악됐다.
